Thank you for your purchase – we hope you are happy with it but if you are not, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Please return items to: Boomtown Fair, 126 Albert Street, Bristol, BS2 0YA
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, as soon as possible.
We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a refund. There are certain items and situations where only partial refunds are granted -
- CD, DVD, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
If you receive a faulty item, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty good. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and send your item/s to: Boomtown Fair, 126 Albert Street, Bristol, BS2 0YA. A member of the merch team will get back to you to arrange next steps.
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but sometimes it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to 7 days for the funds to be in your bank. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please email email@example.com with the proof of postage information and we will investigate further.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item/s are faulty.
When returning an item or items, we recommend that you use a trackable postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
If you want to exchange your purchase, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and send your item/s to: Boomtown Fair, 126 Albert Street, Bristol, BS2 0YA. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and that your replacements are on their way.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
