Where to find us:

Orders must be collected in person from the Main Arena Boomtown Merchandise store located opposite Hidden Woods.

Collection Requirements

To collect your order, you must bring: 

• Your order confirmation, including your order number, and 

• A valid form of ID matching the name on the order.

Boomtown reserves the right to refuse collection if the required documentation cannot be provided. 

Collection Hours

Orders can only be collected during the Click & Collect opening times: 

Wednesday, 6 Aug - Sunday, 10 Aug 

10:00 – 00:00 daily

Uncollected Orders

Any orders not collected by the end of the final collection window will be considered abandoned. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange postage for uncollected items after the festival. Uncollected orders will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.
