Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Boomtown. Orders are generally shipped on a Friday from the preceding week. We aim to ship all orders within 10 working days but shipping may be delayed when we are experiencing a particularly busy time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped and this will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

All order's labelled 'pre-order for collection on-site' will be only available to collect during the event, on-site at Boomtown Festival.
